The dumbing down of America (and society in general) has been occurring for decades, yet the internet, net speak, apathy, and namby-pamby political correctness have been important catalysts in its breathtaking acceleration. Then there is the ability to instantly make “friends” just because they add you to this that and the other thing. I refuse to be part of it.
